Business – 66 hours over ten weeks, extending the program to Support Functions, Planning and Scheduling, and People and Organisation. This is the full TYM Program synchronising your entire operation with your new manufacturing capability.

The elapsed times in weeks are the minimum possible. But we go at the pace that suits you. So if you take longer to complete your weekly tasks, then the elapsed time will extend. But the Consulting Time and Cost will remain much the same. Typically, my clients achieve a financial return of over twenty times my fees.
