The book is one giant case study, showing step by step how I transform a typical pharma manufacturing company and its people from ordinary to the best in their sector. The company is an amalgam of my clients from the US, UK, Europe and the Far East, and what they experienced with me. You’ll look over my shoulder as I work with them at each step, and you can then easily emulate my approach in your own world. It will take effort, courage and dedication to get there. But it’s not rocket science. So, go for it. Enjoy the journey.
However, if you would like my guidance remotely, then I offer four Service Packs as below to suit you. The Modules listed match the Chapters in the accompanying Book. Check the Book Tab for the Table of Contents.
The elapsed times in weeks are the minimum possible. But we go at the pace that suits you. So if you take longer to complete your weekly tasks, then the elapsed time will extend. But the Consulting Time and Cost will remain much the same. Typically, my clients achieve a financial return of over twenty times my fees.

Whatever Service Pack you choose, or if you’re doing it yourself, you’ll have some prep work to do before you start. Which you can get from the Book. Once you’ve completed that, you’re then ready to start your TYM program.
First, the Starter Pack.
This is where I work with you and your team for up to twelve hours in one week to challenge you and help you create your Practical Vision, which defines your objectives for Lead Time, Productivity and Right First Time for your pilot project. It will also include an outline of what you need to do in your Support Functions, your Planning & Scheduling, and with your People to support this program.
I’ll also give you an outline Presentation so you can create your own presentation for your senior management team.
This will give you where your ‘red line’ is and where your ‘green line’ can be.
Thereafter, you’re on your own to drive the program and achieve your goals (with the step-by-step help of the Book).
Second, the Manufacturing Pack.
In this program, in addition to the above, I spend six hours a week for the next five weeks, challenging and helping you and your team define more precisely your aims for Lead Time, Productivity, Right First Time and KPIs for your pilot project. And how you sustain and roll out these benefits.
This will define how you can achieve your ‘green line’.
Thereafter, you’re on your own to drive the program and achieve your goals (with the step-by-step help of the Book).
Third, the Business Pack.
In this program, in addition to the above, I spend six hours a week for the next four weeks, challenging and helping you and your team define more precisely your aims for your Support Functions, Planning & Scheduling, and People & Organisation for your pilot project.
With Support Functions, you need to apply the same thinking as you did with Manufacturing. Particularly with QA/QC. And I’ll show you how to do that.
With your Planning and Scheduling, you need to ensure your planning sequences and stock levels are synchronised with the new requirements. And I’ll show you how to do that too.
And for your People and Organisation, I’ll show you some clever techniques for getting your people on board with the TYM program. And show you how to change your organisation to make it more effective if necessary. All of this is to secure your benefits for years to come.
All this will consolidate your ‘green line’ position by synchronising your support functions with your new manufacturing capability.
Once you compete this program, your whole business becomes more successful. Fewer production and quality problems. Working capital freed up to use elsewhere. Price and profit flexibility. And with your better reputation, good people in your sector want to join you. Suddenly, the search for talent becomes a lot easier.

Fourth, the Future Proof Pack.
This largely depends on your personal preference on where you go after completing the above stages of the program to take your business to the next level. You should refer to the relevant Chapters in the Book to understand the work content and benefits you can achieve from your future proof performance.
It includes me guiding you through implementation and helping you take your business to the next level as appropriate for you.
So, choose the Service Pack that best suits you.
Your Service Pack earns you a ‘grace period’ of up to 18 months from me completing the program with you, where I will not knowingly work on a similar program with any of your direct competitors. This means a separate company offering a similar product to a similar market cohort. And gives you the chance to pull ahead of them and stay there.
