Thereafter, you’re on your own to drive the program and achieve your goals (with the step-by-step help of the book, of course). This pack costs 4800 GBP.

Second, the Manufacturing Pack.

In this program, in addition to the above, I spend six hours a week for the next five weeks, challenging and helping you and your team define more precisely your aims for Lead Time, Productivity, Right First Time and KPIs for your pilot project, and how you sustain and roll out these benefits. Thereafter you would continue on your own. This pack costs 16800 GBP.

Third, the Business Pack.

In this program, in addition to the above, I spend six hours a week for the next four weeks, challenging and helping you and your team define more precisely how you synchronise your key enablers. These are your Support Functions, Planning & Scheduling, and People & Organisation that must work with your new faster Manufacturing pace for your pilot project.

With Support Functions, you have to apply similar thinking as you did with Manufacturing to these functions also. Particularly with QA/QC. And I’ll show you how to do that.

With your Planning and Scheduling, you have to make sure your stock levels and planning sequences for both inbond and outbound supply chains are synchronised with the new requirements. And I’ll show you how to do that too.

And for your People and Organisation, I’ll show you clever techniques for getting your people on board with the TYM program. And show you how to change your Organisation to make it more effective if necessary. All of this is to secure your benefits for years to come.

Once you complete this program, your whole business becomes more successful. Fewer production and quality problems. Working capital freed up to use elsewhere. Price and profit flexibility.
